Kaufman ISD offers all students and staff members a free educational suite of applications to enhance teaching and learning. G-Suite is a concept known as “in the cloud” where services and storage are provided over the Internet. These tools support the high levels of collaboration that are required in today’s classroom to prepare students with the communication and collaboration skills they need to be successful in educational settings and the work force. 

Your Gmail account information will be provided to you by our human resource department. Please use the information to login to your G-Suite.

Lions 411 is an internal website available to only Kaufman ISD Employees.

Employees must be logged into their school email to access the site.

This work order system is called School Dude and has been used by the Kaufman ISD for several years. Faculty and staff can submit work orders through this system. Please follow these instructions to successfully use the work order system.  You will need to be logged into your Kaufman ISD gmail account to access instructions.

Clever is a single sign-on application that brings all K12 applications into one secure portal for the district. Students and teachers have access to clever.

Clever makes it easier for teachers and students to access and use learning applications.

Try it out at

 
  • It is also located on your Google extensions bar and under Log IN on the district website.
Teachers:
  • Username = e-mail address
  • Password = Ask your tech
Students:
  • Username = Alphakey (first 5 letters of last name, first 3 letters of first name and 000)
  • Password = Student ID
 

Apps available through Clever
  • KISD All Staff for district information:
    • Send ask your tech for code. 
    • Then send the code via text message to 81010.
    • Be sure to pick the school where you work. 
To receive the benefits of the KISD paid plan, make sure your class is associated with your campus.
